All companies within Bluhull Group were set up according to the rules and regulations found in the Companies Act 1995 and registered with The Maltese Registry of Companies. The Malta Financial Services Authority is an autonomous public authority entrusted with the regulation of financial services in Malta.

Bluhull Group also holds an Employment Agency Certificate EA No. 98-2012 issued by the Employment and Training Corporation according to the rules and regulations of Legal Notice 127 of 1995, Employment Agencies Regulations, (as subsequently amended).
